Free CLEs offered across Minnesota to answer common district court eFiling questions

The Minnesota Judicial Branch is inviting attorneys and court users to attend a free, one-hour Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program that aims to answer frequently asked questions about Minnesota’s district court eFiling system (eFS), and highlight the most common issues and errors that the courts have seen from filers since eFiling became available statewide.

The Top 10 Things You Need to Know When You Use the eFiling System is being presented by Minnesota State Court Administration’s Legal Counsel Division, and will be offered 18 times across Minnesota between October 13 and November 30. The CLE will be offered at least once in each of Minnesota’s 10 judicial districts.

The CLE is intended for anyone who uses the eFS system to file in Minnesota’s state courts. No pre-registration is required. One hour of CLE credit has been applied for.

The dates, times, and locations of the CLEs are available on the CLE webpage
