Goodhue County District Court is launching an Early Case Management/Early Neutral Evaluation (ECM/ENE) Program that will tentatively begin on September 1, 2017. A training and kickoff meeting for attorneys and providers will take place on August 7, 2017.  Applications (available in PDF or DOCX) to be listed on the Goodhue ENE roster are currently being accepted. Please review the process and criteria information before submitting an application.
