Information About Access And Fairness Survey Respondents to Be Inaccessible


The Supreme Court has ordered that completed Access and Fairness Survey forms shall be inaccessible to the public in the interest of protecting the identities of survey respondents.  This shall not preclude public access to other information compiled from the surveys that does not compromise the identity of respondents.
