Judge Gary Pagliaccetti Honored for "Fairness, Excellence"

The Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates recently honored Sixth Judicial District Judge Gary Pagliaccetti as its Trial Judge of the Year. "Each year we recognize an outstanding member of the judiciary for his or her excellence and support of the principles of fairness to all litigants," said Chapter President Peter Riley.

Riley said Judge Pagliaccetti "epitomizes all of the attributes we recognize as making for an outstanding member of the judiciary. He is well known for his patience, fairness, wisdom, and adherence to the very highest standards of excellence as a trial judge." Judge Pagliaccetti was recognized at the Chapter's annual meeting on June 14.

The group describes itself as "an invitation-only organization of the top trial lawyers (both plaintiff and defense) in Minnesota." Its mission is the preservation of the right to jury trial and the promotion of civility and professionalism between members of the bar.
