Justice Rosalie Wahl Honored

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton declared Sept. 21, 2013, “Rosalie Wahl Day,” and, in honor and remembrance of the late Minnesota Supreme Court Associate Justice, ordered that all flags be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in Minnesota from sunrise to sunset that day.
