MN Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric J. Magnuson Speaks in Rochester

Chief Justice Eric Magnuson spoke about the impact of funding shortages on Minnesota's justice system at a public forum on public safety issues January 25 in Rochester, Minnesota. The forum,  sponsored by the Rochester Post Bulletin and held at the downtown library, drew close to 100 participants.
