Order Establishing Deadline for Submitting Comments on Proposed Amendment to the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts.

The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the General Rules of Practice for The District Courts has submitted a report dated October 20, 2006, recommending proposed changes to the General Rules of Practice, and this court will consider the proposed changes without a hearing after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposed changes.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all persons, including members of the Bench and Bar, desiring to provide written statements in support or opposition to the proposed changes shall submit 12 copies of such statement in writing to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 305 Judicial Center, 25 Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155, on or before December 15, 2006. A copy of the committee report is annexed to this order.
