Self-Help Call-Center Expands Service Hours

Due to significant growth in the number of people seeking pro se services via phone, starting Monday, July 20, the Judicial Branch Self-Help Call-Center will expand service hours to Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Three staff members will normally be available to take calls. If all three are busy helping people, callers will hear a message asking them to call back in a few minutes. With the increasing demand for help, callers may experience this delay in service.

The statewide Self-Help Call-Center, begun on a pilot basis in October 2007, was made fully operational statewide in April 2008. The public can call the help line using the phones at Self-Help workstations in courthouses and libraries, or from their personal phones.

Call-Center Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed legal holidays)
Phone: (651)259-3888
