Special Master Hearings: In Re Temporary Funding of Core Functions of the Executive Branch of the State of Minnesota (62-CV-11-5203)

The Special Master hearings commenced on July 1, 2011, and, to date, the Special Master has heard from more than 50 unique Petitioners. Both the Special Master and the Court are working as quickly as possible in order to issue Recommendations and Orders on all outstanding Petitions.  To that end, the Special Master and the Court specifically request that Petitioners refrain from inquiring as to the status of individual Petitions.  If emergency situations arise and a Petitioner believes that the issuance of a specific Recommendation or Order may resolve the emergency, the Petitioner may communicate this information to Chris Channing at Christopher.Channing@courts.state.mn.us.

In order to schedule a hearing before the assigned Special Master, please contact Christopher Channing at christopher.channing@courts.state.mn.us or 651-266-8260.  Please include the name of the party, contact information, and a brief description of the nature of the request.

Guidelines for Special Master Hearings

All hearings will take place at the Minnesota Judicial Center (in either Room 230 or Room 100), located at 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in St. Paul, MN.  Seating will be first-come, first-served.

The following future hearings will occur if necessary:
Thursday, July 21, 2011, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 230
