1. How many resources can we submit total?
As many as you would like.

2. To pass a Minnesota Background check, does the candidate need to be a Minnesota resident?
No. We can perform background checks for all U.S. states.

3. Is it mandatory for submitted candidates to have experience migrating from older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online?
Not mandatory, but preferred.

4. Regarding the statement “Proven track record with website projects involving site content and migration to another platform”, could you please clarify:

  • What is the current platform being used for the project?
    SharePoint 2019
  • What is the new platform to which the site is being migrated?
    SharePoint Online

5. What level of SharePoint expertise is expected for this Business Analyst role?
An understanding of how SharePoint is used for business enterprises and a basic understanding of how it is structured (i.e. how permissions are requested and set, how document libraries are used, etc.)
