The Supreme Court has ordered that amendments to the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, Title IV, Rules of Family Court, Form 3--Appendix A, are prescribed and promulgated, effective August 1, 2007.

Pursuant to Minnesota Session Laws 2007, chapter 118, section 1, the legislature made substantive changes regarding the administrative enforcement of medical support offset and clarified that only basic support is subject to cost-of-living adjustments.  These changes required corresponding modification to the advisory contained in the aforementioned appendix.
