Supreme Court Establishes Deadline for Submitting Comments on Proposed Amendments to Rules Of Juvenile Protection and Rules of Adoption Procedure


The Advisory Committee on the Rules of Juvenile Protection Procedure has recommended amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Juvenile Protection Procedure and the Rules of Adoption Procedure. The court will consider the proposed amendments after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposal.

Any individual wishing to provide written comments in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendments shall mail one copy of the comment to AnnMarie O’Neill, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN, 55155, no later than May 9, 2014.
