Supreme Court Establishes Deadline for Submitting Comments on Proposed Amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct


Any person or organization wishing to provide written comments in support of or opposition to the proposed amendments shall file one copy of those comments with AnnMarie O'Neill, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55155. The written comments shall be filed as to be received no later than November 18, 2014.

Read Supreme Court order and proposed amendments to permit attorneys to represent the marijuana business enterprises authorized by Minnesota Law.

Read Supreme Court order and proposed amendments based on recommendations made by the American Bar Association Commission on Ethics 20/20.
