Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Commitment and Treatment Act Amendments


The Supreme Court is welcoming comments on the proposed amendments to the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act.  Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed changes should submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St Paul, MN, 55155, no later than Wednesday, November 26, 2008.
