Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Proposed Amendments to Civil Appellate Procedure Rules

The Supreme Court is welcoming comments on the proposed amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Appellate Procedure. Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed changes should submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St Paul, MN, 55155, no later than July 21, 2009.
