Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Proposed Amendments to Criminal Procedure Rules


The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure filed a report on Dec. 8, 2010, proposing changes to the Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure.

The Court will consider the proposed changes without a hearing after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposed changes.

Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed changes shall submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick K. Grittner, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155, no later than Feb. 15, 2011.
