Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Proposed Amendments to Juvenile Delinquency Rules


The Supreme Court Juvenile Delinquency Rules Committee has proposed changes to the Rules of Juvenile Delinquency Procedure. The Court will consider the proposed changes without a hearing. 

Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed changes shall submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 305 Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155, no later than Friday, July 16, 2010.
