The Supreme Court is welcoming comments on the proposed special rules for appointment and compensation of counsel in isolation and quarantine cases. Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed rules should submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St Paul, MN, 55155, on or before July 10, 2009.
