Public Notice Detail

The Minnesota Supreme Court released a report from the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee on Professional Regulation on the Minnesota Lawyer Discipline System. A 90-day public comment period on the report is now taking place. All comments are due no later than December 30, 2022. A public hearing on the report is scheduled for March 14, 2023.
