The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces Two Vacancies on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration

The Supreme Court is seeking attorney applicants for two vacancies on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration.  Experience in personal injury work is required.

Each vacancy is for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2029, renewable for one additional four-year term.

The Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration meets the third Friday of the month in January, April, and July and the second Friday in October.  The Committee oversees the day-to-day administration of no-fault claims by the American Arbitration Association and the No-Fault Arbitrator Panel.  This includes investigating administrative and arbitrator complaints, as well as hearing appeals under Rule 8 of the No-Fault Arbitration Rules.

Applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume.
