The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces Vacancies for Non-Judicial Members on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Ethics Board

The Minnesota Supreme Court seeks applicants for four non-judicial members on the ADR Ethics Board. Non-judicial applicants should be Qualified Neutrals on the Rule 114 ADR Roster. The appointments will be for a three-year term of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028.

The Board is responsible for administering the statewide ADR Roster as prescribed by Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. This includes investigating and making findings regarding complaints under the Rule 114 Code of Ethics and Enforcement Procedures. The Board meets monthly on the third Wednesday afternoon of each month. Meetings may be reduced to quarterly depending on the workload of the Board.

Applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume detailing their background and ADR experience. Applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025. Please submit application materials to Christa Rutherford-Block, Clerk of Appellate Courts, at mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us or to 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev.
