Criminal and Delinquency Filing Codes Index is available

A new eFile and eServe (eFS) resource called ‘Criminal and Delinquency Filing Codes Index’ is available on the 'File in a District Court' page of MNCourts.gov to assist eFS users in selecting the appropriate filing code when electronically submitting a document in adult and juvenile criminal cases.

This resource includes a list of filing codes, default document security levels, and identifies when it is helpful to include a filing description.

Since filing codes can be changed, removed, or added please reference the most current list on mncourts.gov instead of printing the list.

Feel free to share this resource with other agencies that would benefit from this information.

If you have questions, please contact the MN eFile Support Center.
