eFile and eServe (eFS) System Restored

Earlier today, the Minnesota Judicial Branch notified you of a partial outage in the eFile and eServe (eFS) System. Full functionality for eFS has been restored.

We are reviewing all emergency filings submitted via email, fax, at a courthouse drop box or at the customer service counter, as well as non-emergency filings submitted via eFS during the partial outage. Please know the filing date and time applied on the file stamp for electronic filings will be the date and time the filing was submitted to eFS per Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 14.03(c). Filers that were unable to eFile and eService as required by Minnesota court rules may need to seek relief as set forth in Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 14.01(c).

At this time, there is no evidence that the Minnesota Judicial Branch experienced any form of data breach or inappropriate access to court records and information.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
