eFile Support Center open for business

Effective immediately, attorneys, legal administrators, and government agencies seeking to file case documents in district courts or serve parties electronically can now get help over the phone or via email through a new centralized eFile Support Center.  While support center staff cannot provide legal advice, advise callers on their rights, interpret law, or comment regarding court rulings, they can assist attorneys and law firm and government agency staff in the use of the Judicial Branch’s electronic filing and service tool.

Following is a link to the rollout schedule for those counties that have confirmed eFile and eServe implementation dates: Counties Implementing eFiling and eService (PDF).

The MN eFile Support Center is staffed Monday – Friday (excluding Minnesota government holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

eFile and eServe business support is available by phone at (651) 227-2002 (if calling from area codes 612, 651, 763, or 952) or at 1-855-291-8246 (if calling from all other area codes) or by email through the Judicial Branch Website mncourts.gov.

Additionally, technical questions may be directed to 1-800-297-5377 or by email at efiling.support@tylertech.com.

Should you have questions about the information contained in this communication, please contact the MN eFile Support Center.
