eFS - Valid email to gain access to documents

Security Enhancements

On Sunday, January 7, 2024, Tyler Technologies implemented a change to eFile & eServe (eFS) clients nationwide to enhance document security. Users attempting to access documents via links within eFS or in emails generated from eFS must enter a valid email address to gain access to the document.

Error Message Update

On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, we sent a communication about eFS issues accessing documents. We are working with Tyler to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Reminder

Documents that have been electronically filed and accepted by the court are still part of the court file, even if users encounter errors or issues accessing documents in eFS.  Public documents filed with the court may be available via Minnesota Court Records Online (MCRO).

If you have questions, please contact the MN eFile Support Center.
