Free CLEs offered across Minnesota to answer common district court eFiling questions

The Minnesota Judicial Branch (MJB) invites attorneys, justice partners, and others who use the eFile and eServe system (eFS) to file in Minnesota’s courts to attend a free, one-hour Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program which aims to answer frequently asked questions about eFiling in Minnesota’s district courts.

The Top 10 Things You Need to Know When You Use the eFiling System presentation will highlight the most common issues and errors that courts have seen since eFiling became available statewide. The Minnesota State Court Administrator’s Office Legal Counsel Division is offering this program 18 times between October 13 and November 30, at least once in each of Minnesota’s 10 judicial districts.

Dates, times, and locations are available on the MJB website at the page linked above. No pre-registration is required, and application for one hour of CLE credit has been submitted.

As a reminder, live training sessions on how to use the eFS system to electronically file continue to be offered on a regular basis via WebEx. These sessions and other training and filer materials are also available on the File in a District (Trial) Court page.
