Update September 11:
On Friday, September 18, 2020, the Minnesota Judicial Branch will implement eFile and eServe (eFS) 2019.1.6 release. The upgrade will begin at 6:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), Friday, September 18,2020 and may last until 6:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, September 19. The eFiling and eService system will not be available during this time. Please plan ahead.
