Proposed Order Communication (Silverlight only) – Email to Registered Users Message Content

Effective January 2016 a new document filing option will be available in the Minnesota eFile & eServe system (eFS). The new option permits filers in specific court locations to file proposed order documents in a Microsoft Word (.docx) version in addition to the required PDF version.
Locations and dates:- Rice County: January 7, 2016
- Hennepin County Juvenile Division: January 13, 2016
- Ramsey County Civil Division: January 14, 2016
- Scott County: January 20, 2016
Note: This option is not available to filers using incompatible browsers, such as Chrome to access the HTML5 eFS platform.
