Blue Earth (Fifth District)

To find an Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) provider in Blue Earth County, use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)Rule 114 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Roster of Qualified Neutrals. Although not required, Neutrals are encouraged to sign up for Provider Availability Scheduling System (PASS). Neutrals enter their availability into PASS and sessions are scheduled at the ICMC/Hearing. Parties, attorneys, Neutrals, and the Court find it extremely efficient and convenient to be able to schedule sessions at the ICMC/Hearing rather than have Neutrals schedule sessions at a later date.
