Hennepin (Fourth District)

The Fourth District Family Court works with Hennepin County Family Mediation and Evaluation (FME) to provide Social Early Neutral Evaluations (SENE) that can assist parties in resolving custody and parenting time disputes.  Additional SENE Neutrals can be searched using the Rule 114 ADR Roster of Qualified Neutrals.

To find a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator (FENE) Neutral, use the Rule 114 ADR Roster of Qualified Neutrals. Parties, or their attorneys, must contact the FENE provider directly to set up services. To learn more about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options available to parties, visit the Minnesota Judicial Branch - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Mediation webpage.
