Kanabec (Tenth District)

In Kanabec County, all new relevant family law cases are scheduled for an Initial Case Management Conference (ICMC) and enter the Early Case Management process with access to Early Neutral Evaluations. Kanabec County uses the Rule 114 Roster of Qualified Neutrals and the Provider Availability and Scheduling System (PASS) to schedule ENEs during ICMCs.

Prospective ENE Neutrals

The Rule 114 Roster is used to select Neutrals in the 10th District ENE Program. Neutrals must abide by our Tenth District ENE Program Description, Fee Policy, and ICMC Order.

Although not required, Neutrals are encouraged to sign up for Provider Availability Scheduling System (PASS). Neutrals enter their availability into PASS and sessions are scheduled at the ICMC. Parties, attorneys, Neutrals, and the Court find it extremely efficient and convenient to be able to schedule sessions at the ICMC rather than have Neutrals schedule sessions at a later date.
