Odyssey File & Serve has a new look and upgraded functions. The 2nd and 4th Judicial Districts, in partnership with Tyler Technologies, added enhanced functionality to improve overall performance of Odyssey File & Serve. For updated training material, view the e-File FAQs & User Guides.

Effective Wednesday, February 1, 2012 - Attorneys may e-file electronic documents in any Fourth Judicial District Civil Court case, including cases currently maintained in paper format. All paper documents filed in Civil Court cases on or after 2/1/12 will be scanned into digital format and maintained as our original record. This new e-file option does not include Housing or Conciliation Court cases at this time.

Effective July 1, 2011 - A $3.00 service fee per envelope will be applied to all filings electronically served through the Odyssey File & Serve unless otherwise exempt by statute, rule or order.
