Minnesota Judicial Branch Special Redistricting Panel 2021

In an order dated June 30, 2021, the Minnesota Supreme Court appointed a special redistricting panel to hear and decide challenges to the validity of state legislative and congressional districts based on the 2020 Census.

2011 Redistricting

In an order dated June 30, 2021, Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea appointed a panel of five judges to hear cases related to legislative and congressional redistricting based on the 2020 Census.

The judges appointed to the panel are:
Honorable Louise D. Bjorkman, presiding judge
Honorable Diane B. Bratvold
Honorable Jay D. Carlson
Honorable Juanita C. Freeman
Honorable Jodi L. Williamson
