Minnesota Judicial Branch Special Redistricting Panel 2021

In an order dated June 30, 2021, the Minnesota Supreme Court appointed a special redistricting panel to hear and decide challenges to the validity of state legislative and congressional districts based on the 2020 Census.

The Panel accepted written statements and plan proposals from the public.  Written statements were due by October 29, 2021, and plan proposals were due by November 30, 2021. Written statements and plan proposals submitted pursuant to the Order issued September 13, 2021, are available in electronic format by emailing lissa.finne@courts.state.mn.us. For all other inquiries, please use the contact information below.
