Court Integration Services enables authorized agencies' systems to exchange information with the Minnesota Judicial Branch systems.

Integrated eFiling Services

Integrated eFiling Services allow an authorized agency’s computer system to make specific types of updates to court cases within the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s (MJB) information systems. This increases the timeliness and data quality of MJB systems and reduces the manual labor involved in managing this data in two different systems.

Agencies can submit complaints and citations through the BCA's eCharging service. The services used exclusively by the BCA's eCharging are:

BCA's eCharging uses eFiling.
eFile and Serve is a separate method for eFiling. Refer to Minnesota Judicial Branch - File in a District (Trial) Court site.
eFiles can be submitted via web services or IBM MQ Series.
Simple type xml files change regularly.
State Court system maintenance occurs every Sunday and other days as needed. eFiling may be delayed during these time periods.
