Integration Support

Integration Services Support is provided by contacting the ITD Service Desk at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, either by phone or by email.  When contacting the ITD Service Desk, please indicate that you have an Integration issue so the ticket can be correctly routed. Integration Support is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Judicial Branch holidays. The Integration Team can also be contacted by using the form on the Contact Us page.

The Standard Service Desk Hours (when tickets, emails and phone calls are monitored) is:
  • 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Service Desk tickets or email submitted after 6 pm M-F or over weekends and holidays will be addressed the next business day.
  • Service Desk tickets requiring Integration Team support will be addressed during Integration Support hours.
