Integration Services Support is provided by contacting the ITD Service Desk at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, either by phone or by email. When contacting the ITD Service Desk, please indicate that you have an Integration issue so the ticket can be correctly routed. Integration Support is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Judicial Branch holidays. The Integration Team can also be contacted by using the form on the Contact Us page.
