Integrated eFiling Services allows an authorized agency's system to submit cases and case updates to Minnesota Judicial Branch systems. 

Other Agency Person Identifier

Other Agency Person Identifier service allows agencies to add an identifier to a person in MNCIS, useful for finding that person’s cases in the future. This allows a local agency to find MNCIS cases using a local agency’s person identifiers, such as Hennepin County’s SILS identifier or Ramsey County’s IDENT number.

A copy of the WSDL is available on our public website. By default this points at the Test/QA environment. At runtime you will need to update the endpoint address to reflect the environment you are using.
