COURT INTEGRATION SERVICES

Court Integration Services enables authorized agencies' systems to exchange information with the Minnesota Judicial Branch systems.

Query Services

Query Services provide on-demand access that allows an authorized agency's system to get information or documents on court cases and associated parties. Queries are answered immediately which allows the requesting system to process the results in real time.

Case Get searches for cases by Court Case identifiers, such as:
                         Citation Number
                         Court Case Number

Case Search by Party searches for cases by person identifiers, such as:
                         MNCIS Party ID
                         Name and Date of Birth

Document Get searches for documents by court case number.

eFS Query Services designed for use in conjunction with either the Subsequent Filing or Attach and Detach Service Contact services.

A Case Get query can return up to 20 cases.
A Case Search by Party query can return up to 1000 cases.
A query can request 1 or more cases.
Queries can be accessed via web services or IBM MQ Series.
