Ramsey Civil Division

Filing

While the Civil Division is composed of many sub-units, including Conciliation, Housing, Probate, and Commitment Courts, the main work of the division is to accept Civil lawsuit filings.  Most people who are involved in Civil suits are represented by an attorney, but it is not a requirement.
