Third Judicial District Ignition Interlock Program

The Third Judicial District's Ignition Interlock Program serves those that either live in or have a criminal case that originated in the Third Judicial District.  Third Judicial District serves the following counties: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, and Winona.

Financial Assistance

The Third Judicial District Ignition Interlock Program will facilitate enrollment and may provide financial assistance to first-time participants so they can drive legally and safely. The eligibility factors are income, household size and child support obligations.  Contact the Third District Ignition Interlock Program Coordinator for more specific eligibility factor information.
