• Misdem (Misdemeanor)
• Petty MSD (Petty Misdemeanor)
• Cert to DPS Required
• DNR Required
• Wildlife Rest. (Restitution)
• Mandatory Court Appearance
  • If Yes displays, the offense code is court required.
  • If blank and the Classification is Charging or Both, the offense code is payable.
• Payable Fine Amount
  • The fine amount will display if a flat fine amount is set.
  • The fine amount will display as $0.00 if the fine amount depends on a specific factor, for example: speed driven above a set limit or the number of animals taken.
  • For offense codes with a classification of “Non-charging” this field will be blank.
• Date Created
• Date Changed

The search tool does not have a print function, the file must be exported to print.
