Appellate Courts

Minnesota's appellate courts include the Minnesota Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals. The Minnesota Court of Appeals handles appeals from the district courts while the Minnesota Supreme Court is the highest court, having final say on matters of state law and procedure.
