Under the State of Minnesota guidelines, there are two levels of daycare reimbursement:

  • Non-Licensed Daycare: Actual expenses up to $5.00 per hour, not to exceed $40.00 per day of service per family. The daycare provider must sign the claim.
The Reimbursement Form must be received by your County Court Administrator’s Office NO LATER THAN 21 DAYS (3 weeks) after the last day of your term of jury service. You will find the mailing address for your County Court Administrator's Office under the County Jury Info tab on this page.
