Parking

The closest parking option for jurors is the Paramount Parking Ramp located at 930 1st St, St. Cloud MN. The city of St. Cloud does require prepayment to be completed at one of the two pay stations or by downloading the ParkMobile App. The maximum daily charge is $10.00. Security Screening

All jurors need to enter through the east door of the courthouse and go through the metal detector. No cell phones, smartwatches or electronics are allowed in the courthouse. Please do NOT bring any item that could be used as a weapon to any courthouse. Those items will not be allowed in areas beyond screening checkpoints and illegal weapons will be confiscated.   
 

Reporting Instructions

Jurors are summoned for a two-week period. Do not report for jury service unless you are instructed to do so by a phone-in procedure. The phone in procedure is as follows:

  • Call the jury information line at (320) 656-6328 or (800) 450-5879 after 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before your term begins and after 5:00 p.m. each day thereafter until your service is over.
  • On the Friday before your term start date the voice message will have special instructions and you will need to know your juror call in/group number. You can find your term start date and juror call in/group number in the upper right hand corner of the jury summons.
THE JURY SUMMONS IS THE ONLY NOTICE JURORS WILL RECEIVE. 
 

Personal Items

  • Magazines and other reading materials are allowed.
  • Cell phones, smartwatches or electronics are NOT allowed in the courthouse.
  • Please keep in mind that there are security measures similar to airport screening. Do not bring sharp objects such as scissors, corkscrews or knitting needles as they may be confiscated.
