Parking

Public street parking and parking lots are available. 

Security Screening

Please do NOT bring any item that could be used as a weapon to any courthouse. Those items will not be allowed in areas beyond screening checkpoints, and illegal weapons will be confiscated. There may be a line at a security checkpoint, so please allow yourself enough time to get to the courthouse.

Reporting Instructions

Please report to the Todd County Justice Center and proceed to the second floor.

Personal Items and Your Phone

  • Cell phones/Electronics are NOT allowed past security screening.  Small lockers are available for your use; however, we encourage you to leave personal items and electronics either at home or in your vehicle.
  • Magazines and other reading material allowed.
  • Please keep in mind that there are security measures similar to airport screening. Do not bring sharp objects such as pocket knives, scissors, corkscrews, knitting needles, etc., as they may be confiscated.
