Minnesota Supreme Court Oral Arguments - Videos

Recorded videos are generally posted by 5:00 p.m. CT the same day of the arguments. Technical issues occasionally may cause a delay in posting.

Captions are generated in real time during live oral arguments. Captions are not verbatim and are not an official transcript of Court proceedings. Mispronunciations, accents, dialects, or background noise can impact caption quality.

To Search for an Oral Argument Video:
Use Case Name, Date (M/D/YYYY format – no leading zeros for month and day) or use at least the last three digits of the Case Number. Video archiving began September 2005.

Due to occasional technical issues, not all arguments are in the database, and, for an isolated number of arguments, only the audio recording is available.
