Electronic Notification Procedures.
Appellate courts transmit all notices, orders, opinions, and case-related correspondence electronically. To ensure timely receipt of court communications, all attorneys with pending cases must maintain a registered email address with the court.
Unrepresented parties are also encouraged to participate in the e-notification system by registering their email address. For detailed registration instructions, please visit the Clerk of Appellate Courts page.
