Condemnation Proceedings Handbook 
Approved June 2023: Anoka County’s Condemnation Commissioner policies and procedures define the duties and responsibilities of the court, petitioners, and commissioners in eminent domain proceedings and are consistent with the law and Minnesota General Rules of Practice governing such proceedings.
