Fifth Judicial District Administration is an administrative office overseeing the district courts in fifteen counties in Southwest Minnesota. This office does not hear any cases. Court proceedings happen in the specific district courts that serve each county. For case-specific questions, please contact the district court in the county in which your case is filed. Electric Funds Transfer/Direct Deposit
Vendors who do business with the courts are able to have their funds directly deposited into their bank accounts in a quick, safe, and secure manner. Please go to the Minnesota Department of Finance's website to learn about the advantages of Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

Vendor Payment Information
Vendors can view the payments made by the State of Minnesota by simply logging onto the Vendor Information website.

Unclaimed Property
If you feel you have monies coming to you, please contact the Minnesota Department of Commerce to learn more about Unclaimed Property.
