Tenth Judicial District

Tenth Judicial District Administration is an administrative office overseeing the district courts in eight counties in the North East Twin Cities Metro Area. This office does not hear any cases. Court proceedings happen in the specific district courts that serve each county. For case-specific questions, please contact the district court in the county in which your case is filed. What is "Bias"?

Bias is negative, hostile, offensive, or insulting behavior directed towards a person for being perceived as different. Bias may be based, in whole or in part, on sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability.
